- 2018-09-03 Unlike Flagbearers, this requires maximal targetting. For example, Seeds of Strength says 'Target creature gets +1/+1. Target creature gets +1/+1. Target creature gets +1/+1.' If cast by an opponent, all three targets must target creatures that player owns that you control if able, where Flagbearers would only require one.
