When Whirring Inspector enters, target player reveals their hand. You may exile a nonland card from among them until your next turn. When you don't, exile up to one target nonland permanent that player controls until your next turn.

Target player separates all nonland permanents they control into two piles. That player sacrifices all permanents in the pile of your choice.

Whenever a counter is put on another creature you control, you may put a counter of the same kind on Zeno. Then if there are no other counters of that kind on Zeno, draw a card. Do this only once each turn.
