Enchant creature
When Stasis Chamber enters, if you control a creature with vigilance, tap enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, put X cards from your hand on the bottom of your library. This spell costs {X} less to cast.
