Indestructible
As long as your devotion to black and green is less than seven, Pharika isn't a creature.
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 green Snake creature token. If Pharika is a creature, create a 1/1 black Snake creature token with deathtouch instead.

Once each turn, when you cast a black spell with mana value less than your devotion to black, you may draw a card and lose 1 life.

Choose one. If your devotion to blue is three or greater, you may choose another. The same is true for devotion to black.
• Target player mills eight cards.
• You gain 1 life for each card type among cards in your opponents' graveyards.
• Draw a card.

When Phenax's Touch enters, each opponent discards a card and loses 1 life.

Vigilance
Whenever Pheres-Band Huntmaster becomes the target of a spell or ability you control, put a +1/+1 counter on it. You gain 2 life.

Whenever Phlage enters or attacks, Phlage deals 2 damage to any target and you draw a card.
{2}{U}{R}: Return Phlage from your graveyard to the battlefield, then put it on the bottom of its owner's library. Activate only as a sorcery.

At the beginning of your end step, if you control three or more untapped lands, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.

First strike
When Photon Collector enters, scry 2.

When Photonic Cobra dies, create a 1/1 red and green Elemental creature token.

Exile the top two cards of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play those cards. Cards exiled this way cost {2} less to cast if they're instants, sorceries, or Elementals.

Deathtouch
When Phyto's Offshoot enters, you may exile any number of permanent cards from your graveyard. When you do, target opponent reveals that many cards from their hand. You choose one of them. That player discards that card.

Whenever one or more cards leave your graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on Phyto, Caverns Scourge, then each opponent loses life equal to half its power, rounded up. This ability triggers only once each turn.
{X}{X}{B}{G}, Exile Phyto, Caverns Scourge from your graveyard: Return X other target permanent cards from your graveyard to your hand.

Deathtouch
Whenever Pidae Raider deals combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token.

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each counter among permanents you control.

Enchant nonland permanent
Whenever a nonland permanent you control enters, if its mana value is greater than enchanted permanent's, exile enchanted permanent.

When Plasma Armory enters or leaves the battlefield, create a Weapon token.

When Plasma Elite enters, create two Weapon tokens, then attach them to Plasma Elite.

Flying, haste
When Plasmana Hellkite enters, it deals 2 damage to any target and 1 damage to any other target.

When Player Band enters, create a 2/3 colorless Bard creature token, then attach Player Band to it.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1.
{1}, Unattach Player Band: Tap equipped creature. It gains hexproof until end of turn.

Each player mills two cards. When you do, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.

Poisoned Strike deals 3 damage to target creature. That creature's controller mills three cards.

Defender
Approval — Political Prisoner can attack as though it didn't have defender as long as the number of colors among permanents you control is greater than the number of colors among permanents defending player controls.

Pool of Light enters tapped unless you control a basic Plains or a basic Island.

Choose target nonland permanent you control and up to two target nonland permanents you don't control. Return those permanents to their owner's hands.
