Amity — Whenever Surging Mudskipper attacks, surveil 1. You may play that card from your graveyard this turn. If exactly one other creature attacked with it, this ability triggers three times instead.

When Survivors of the New World enters, if it isn't a token, create two tokens that are copies of it.
When Survivors of the New World dies, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

When Sustainable Investments enters, create a Treasure token.
Treasures you control have “{T}: Add one mana of any color.”
