Flying Whenever Weather Elemental enters or attacks, it acclimates. If a triggered ability of a Weather you control would trigger, it triggers an additional time.
Flying {2}: Exile the top card of your library face down. You may look at it as long as it remains exiled. During each of your opponents' turns, you may cast a card exiled with Weaver of Fates as though it had flash.
Flash Flying When Whirring Inspector enters, target player reveals their hand. You may exile a nonland card from among them until your next turn. When you don't, exile up to one target nonland permanent that player controls until your next turn.
Haste When Wildfang Cavalier dies, create a 3/1 red Dinosaur creature token. It gains haste until end of turn. If it's your combat phase, there is an additional combat phase after this phase.
Whenever a counter is put on another creature you control, you may put a counter of the same kind on Zeno. Then if there are no other counters of that kind on Zeno, draw a card. Do this only once each turn.
