Haste

Target opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until four land cards are revealed. Exile each card revealed this way. If seven or fewer cards were exiled this way, scry 3.

This spell costs {2} less to cast if your devotion to blue is three or greater.

Lifelink
When Traxian General enters the battlefield, create a 0/0 white Army creature token. Put a +1/+1 counter on each Army you control.

As Uninvited Vampire enters the battlefield, choose a creature an opponent controls. Uninvited Vampire has defender as long as that creature is on the battlefield.

Whenever you cast a colorless spell, you may pay {C}. If you do, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever a creature you control attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on it for each other creature you control with the same name as that creature.

[+2]: Create a colorless artifact token named Potion with “Sacrifice this artifact: Put two +1/+1 counters on target creature. Activate only as a sorcery.”
[–3]: You gain 8 life.
[0]: Remove all loyalty counters from Vasilisa, Helping Hand, then transform her.

Flying, lifelink
